Anna is one of 10 inhabitants of a 3-room flat. 8 of the inhabitants are kids, 2 grown-ups are sisters. Most of the children have different fathers none of which ever participates in the family's life.

Angelina lives with her grandmother in a rented room of a shared apartment. Her mother rejected her right after giving birth. Her father is in jail. The grandmother sold her apartment and spent most of the money trying to get her son out of jail but it didn't help much.

The hospital was caught in a cross-fire in June, 2014. Many patients and staff members didn't manage to escape because escape route was under constant fire.

This family had own house and business in Donetsk. In 2014 they military actions forced them to leave their hometown

Rozalia lives absolutely alone in a private house withour running water. She is blind due to diabetes. Not only she didn't give, but she provided care for her seriously ill mother and even manages to use her sewing machine.

Boris suffers from psycho-neurologic disease all his life. He is absolutely alone in his 2-room apartment. Due to his disease Boris is always stressed. He suspects that everyone around him spies.
